Who this is for
We build software for institutes that teach in batches: coaching centres, computer training institutes, tuition centres and multi-branch training groups.
The common problem is not any single task. It is that admissions, attendance, fees, study material and test results each end up in a different register, spreadsheet or phone, and nobody can answer a parent's question without checking three of them.
What we set out to fix
One student record
Admissions, attendance, fees, results and material all read the same record. Nothing is re-keyed.
Answers without a phone call
Students and parents can see attendance, fees and results themselves.
Teachers keep their time
A register takes seconds, homework is set once, and marking happens on a phone.
