Pricing questions
How does pricing work?
Each plan has a monthly price and a set of limits - students, staff, courses, batches, branches and storage. You move up a plan when you outgrow the limits, not on a fixed contract.
What happens if we exceed a limit?
You are warned as you approach it and told which limit is close. Nothing is deleted; you either upgrade or add capacity.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you are not cut off mid-term, and you are warned if your current usage exceeds the smaller plan.
Are there setup fees?
Only where a plan lists one. It is shown on the pricing page rather than added at checkout.
